Cate Blanchett at Earthshot Prize Awards; Mastermind Magazine Covers

Cate Blanchett attends the third annual Earthshot Prize held in Singapore today. Details of broadcast in several countries on 12 November is below.

Cate graces the cover of the 14th issue of Mastermind Magazine. Morag Ross shared that they have wrapped filming RUMOURS last weekend.

Mastermind No. 14

“I’ve never been interested in my role alone on stage or on screen,” says Blanchett. “I’m interested in the conversation. I guess that’s why I’ve played small roles in bigger films, for example: to be part of the conversation.”

Rumours

Cate has wrapped filming Guy Maddin’s dramedy, RUMOURS, after almost a month. Production began on 9 October in Budapest. The film has been granted SAG-AFTRA Interim Agreement to proceed with filming amidst the ongoing SAG-AFTRA strike.
