AACTA announced a batch of presenters for this year’s ceremony which include Cate Blanchett who has won 9 awards for both acting and producing works, and the Longford Lyell Award which is a lifetime achievement award by the Australian Academy.
She earned two nominations, one for lead actress in film and another one as producer on Warwick Thornton’s THE NEW BOY which leads with 12 nominations. Noora Niasari’s SHAYDA earned 9 nominations. Both films are Dirty Films pictures.
